Welcome to the AntConc module! This tutorial will guide you through the installation of AntConc and introduce the basic functions of the program that will enable you to perform basic corpus analyses.
Tutorial videos and screenshots will illustrate the steps and tools described in the text. "Do it yourself" sections will give you a chance of testing your newly gained skills.

AntConc is a freeware concordance programme that was created by Anthony Laurence. AntConc can generate
- concordance lists: search your corpus for simple or complex patterns
- concordance plots: view the position of your search term in the file(s)
- clusters/n-grams: view clusters of your search term
- collocates: search for collocates occuring in the context of your search term
- word lists and keyword lists: create sorted lists
