AntConc
Getting started
Go to the location on your computer where you have saved AntConc and the corpus data. Double click on AntConc to start the program.
- Select your corpus file(s) by clicking File > Open File(s)
- Alternatively, you can open all corpus files saved in one directory by clicking on File > Open Dir
- The total number (Total no.) of files that have been loaded into AntConc are displayed in the bottom left corner
Note:
- Erase previous files before loading new ones: File > Close All Files
- Tell AntConc to ignore tags: Global Settings > File Settings > Remove File Tags(if any) > OK
